First Contact Camp
First Contact Camp is for anyone looking to improve on all things consisting of passing, serving and defensive skills. This camp will focus on efficient movements and techniques for more consistent passing. Increased defensive range and movements, overhand digging and emergency moves will allow you to be a better all-around defender. Working on serving harder, flatter and more consistent will help put your serve as a point scoring option and put your team in better positon for defending. All phases of First contact camp will focus on efficient movements and proper technique.

Location: College Ave Gymnasium (Home of Rutgers Volleyball)
Check In: 8:00am - 8:45am
Session 1: 9:00am - 12:00pm
Lunch: 12:00pm - 1:30pm
Session 2: 1:30pm - 4:00pm
Per NCAA guidelines, these camps are open to any all entrants, limited only number, age, grade level and/or gender.
